Can’t login to your trading platform? We’ve got the solution.
The most common reason for login issues is entering incorrect information such as account number, password and server. If you enter incorrect information, an Invalid account (desktop, web and iOS app) or Authorization failed (Android app) notification will appear. Please double-check the information you entered and try again.
When you see a No connection message on the platform, it means that there is no connection to the trading server. There are various reasons for this:
- Poor Internet connection
Your Internet service provider may be experiencing problems.
- Incorrect trading server
When you logged in, did you select the correct trading server? Check that you’ve chosen the correct server for your account, and try again.
If the issue isn’t your Internet connection or server, the next step is rescanning the server. In the terminal, click No connection in the lower right corner and select Rescan servers.
- Incorrect trading password
Double-check that the password you enter is correct. You can also try changing your trading password in your Personal Area.
- Antivirus software or a firewall is blocking the incoming/outgoing traffic on port 443
You can fix the problem by adding the terminal to your antivirus software's list of authorized programs or by disabling your firewall.
When a Common error message appears in the status bar in the bottom right corner of the terminal:
- Restart the terminal.
- If restarting does not help, reinstall the terminal.
