Exness has a useful internal transfer feature that allows you to instantly transfer funds between Exness accounts. Internal transfers are free-of-charge, however, please note that internal transfers between accounts denominated in different currencies will be subject to currency conversion at the time of transfer.

To perform an internal transfer between your own accounts:
- Go to your Personal Area, click More, and then select Transfer.
- Select Between your own accounts.
- Choose the accounts you wish to make the internal transfer from and to, as well as the amount to be transferred.
- A summary of the transaction will be shown and you’ll receive an SMS/ email verification code (depends on your chosen Security Type). Enter the verification code and click Confirm payment.
To perform an internal transfer to another client's account:
- Go to your Personal Area, click More, then select Transfer.
- Select To another user.
- Enter the account number that you wish to make an internal transfer to, as well as the amount to be transferred. If it’s the first time you are transferring funds to that account, a notification stating - Note! You have not previously transferred funds to this account - will appear.
Internal transfers cannot be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring that the number of the account you are transferring funds to is correct. Exness cannot be held responsible for any errors a client makes when making internal transfers.
You can check the account number manually or match the email address with the account number you entered (this is optional, but advisable). If the email address does not match the account number, you’ll see a notification and your request will not be executed.

There are a few restrictions regarding internal transfers:
- Internal transfers are limited by amount, country of residence, account type, time frame, etc. If a client is eligible to make internal transfers, a limit of USD 500 per month is usually applicable for internal transfers to other clients within the same country.
- The payment method used to withdraw transferred funds must be the same as the method you used to deposit funds into your account.
Here’s an example:
You deposit funds into Account A using Payment Method X, and perform an internal transfer to Account B; the owner of Account B must then withdraw funds from his account via Payment Method X. If Account B does not have the option of withdrawing funds via Payment Method X, the transferred funds cannot be withdrawn from that account.
- Internal transfers are not permitted between accounts of different entities, i.e. you cannot make an internal transfer from an Exness Limited account to an Exness (Cy) Ltd. account and vice versa.
- For certain payment systems such as wire transfer, bank cards, Skrill, CASHU, Neteller and Bitcoin, internal transfers are only available within your own Personal Area. Internal transfers to other clients' accounts are not permitted.
- The amount of funds to be transferred to a new trading account via internal transfer must equal or exceed the minimum initial deposit of the account type.
Here’s an example:
The minimum initial deposit of an ECN account is USD 300, so an internal transfer to a new ECN account must be USD 300 or more.
To withdraw funds that you have transferred into one of your other accounts or have received from another client, you (the receiver of the internal transfer) must use the same payment method the sender account used to deposit funds.
Here’s an example:
You deposit funds into one of your accounts, let’s call it Account A, using WebMoney. You then send funds via internal transfer to Account B. WebMoney - the same payment method you used to top up Account A - must be used when withdrawing funds from Account B.
